Cutting Deep 2013 Outline
Salvation - Part 4
In the last three editions of ‘Cutting Deep,’ time has been taken to establish that the message of salvation is not a subset of some theology or doctrine. It has been said that outside salvation, there is no message in Christendom. We understood further that the same salvation message that saves the unbeliever sustains the believer. It is, therefore, imperative for every believer to heighten personal interest in the complete message of salvation with the greatest of enthusiasm.
In summary, baptism, reformation, religious rituals etc., are not individually or jointly what salvation means. It was further made clear that salvation meant coming out of one state and being released into another state. That is being taken out of sin into righteousness, out of darkness into light, out of the kingdom of darkness into the kingdom of God’s dear Son. We have also known that salvation is also life out of Sinai and life in Zion. Then again, we came to learn of salvation as the enjoyment of the Rest of God. Further to this summary of the past three Cutting Deep sessions, you are again invited to walk into yet another knowledge of higher living.
Introduction
The call to Christianity is a call to instant spiritual living. The moment of spirituality is not separate from that of becoming a Christian. The manifestation of non spiritual traits is simply negligence of our God made identity leading to forfeiture of God made destiny. Salvation neutralizes all earthly connectivity and naturalizes into spirit and spiritual realms of living.
