Leadership
CYSN’s leadership hierarchy starts with the Council of Commissioners (COC) and ends with Chapter executives.
1. Council of Commissioners (COC)
- Highest Hierarchy
The Council of Commissioners is the highest leadership hierarchy in CYSN. They determine matters of top priority in the ministry and give direction as to handling of it.
2. National Executive Committee (NEC)
- Second Hierarchy
The National Executive Committee is the second-highest leadership hierarchy in CYSN. It is made up of the President, Executive Secretary, Missions Director, Resource Mobilization Director, The LETT National Director, The MOM National Director and One Other executive.
3. Regional Coordinating Council (RCC)
- Third Hierarchy
The Regional Coordinating Council is the third-highest level of leadership in CYSN. It comprises two regional coordinators appointed by the national and not less than five other members within the region.
4. Chapter Executives
- Fourth Hierarchy
The Chapter Executives form the core grounds-level leadership community within CYSN. They are responsible for running the various chapters of CYSN wherever they are located in any sphere of the world.
