About CYSN
CHRISTIAN YOUTH AND STUDENTS’ NETWORK is a non-denominational, non-governmental and non-partisan body. CYSN has for an objective to bring together Christian youth and students to help them first to have a relationship with God. Second, to help them know who they are in Christ, then also train them to reach out to their counterparts in various vices. Finally, raise them to use Christian Milieu Therapy to deal with societal vices that truncate personal and corporate development.
CYSN started in the year 1991-92 and got officially incorporated in March of the year 1997. CYSN, which started in Nsawam, now has approximately forty (40) chapters across parts of some seven (7) regions of the country, namely Greater Accra, Eastern, Volta, Central, Western, Ashanti and the Northern (as one) regions. Again, CYSN exists in several Tertiary and secondary school campuses. Across our borders also, CYSN has started in a couple of African countries as well as the US and UK.
Activities used to reach the objectives of CYSN include the running of National Word and Prayer vigils, Open Word Camps, National Love Convocations, Aspirers Camp, Tertiary Caucus Mission, Impactors School, Make A Difference Conference, Missions to Deprived Areas, Ladies Experiencing the Truth Summit, Males on Mission Summit, Local Chapter weekly meetings, Local chapter missions among others
The music and performing ministry as well as missions department and the children’s ministry among others are areas through which people are serving God in CYSN. You are entreated to join this End Time Army that shed no blood.
