The Regional Coordinating Council is the third highest leadership hierarchy in CYSN. Comprising two regional coordinators appointed by national and not less than five other members within the regions, the RCC

• is the steering committee of the respective regions’ day-to-day affairs.
• sees to the adherence to directives from the national within their region.
• spearheads the implementation of all arrangements in respect of national programs hosted in the regions.
• sees to the organizing of regionally initiated programs as approved by the national and mobilize the region for
  participation.
• sees to the monitoring of all existing chapters and their members ensuring stability and growth in the lives of the individuals and chapters at large.
• sees to the strategic zoning of their regions and earmarking communities, towns and districts for the breaking of grounds for the chapters.
• sees to the compilation of all regional data alongside regionally organized programs for specific reporting periods to the NEC.
