MAD Conference

Make A Difference (MAD) Conference is an annual conference organized by CYSN to have fellowship together. In this event, participants from various CYSN chapters and regions across the length and breadth of the country, Ghana, gather at the event center to spend time praying, engaging in Word Ministrations, and delving deeper into the Word at Cutting Deep Sessions usually held in the afternoon sessions between the second and last but one day of the conference. Today, due to media coverage, thousands of people from anywhere around the world now join the conference via our online channels for fellowship. Between 2023 and 2024, the MAD Conference was held in The Apostolic Church Retreat, Resource and Conference Centre at Adenta Frafraha, and it’s likely that conference in 2025 will be held at the same place.

Preparing for MAD Conference

Because the conference is such a power-packed program, there is a need for every CYSNer to prepare adequately for it. Although the date of the conference each year falls between August and September, members of CYSN are required to register for it months ahead, saving towards paying its cost for each participant, which is GH₵700.00 for the year 2025 (as well as souvenirs by CYSN such as T-Shirts and Lacoste), and also taking scheduled leave from work in case one is a worker. For students, conference is usually organized when school is out of session.

CYSNers are to note that registration for 2025 MAD conference is yet to be rolled out by the ministry as soon as possible.
